SHIPPING, PROCESSING, AND RETURNS

1. Production & Processing Times

  • In-Stock (Non-Personalized) Pieces: 3–5 business days
  • Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces: 3–4 weeks (once design is approved)

Please note: processing times are estimates and do not include transit time.

2. Domestic Shipping: We ship all domestic orders via FedEx Express Saver (3-day).

  • Up to 2 items: $20 flat rate
  • 3 or more items: $25 flat rate

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. International Shipping: We offer FedEx International Economy worldwide.

  • Order value $100–$500: $50 flat rate
  • Order value $501+: $80 flat rate

Please allow 10–14 business days for delivery. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Insurance & Tracking: All packages are fully insured.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@noblesmetales.com with your tracking number.
  • We cannot initiate an insurance claim until 45 days after shipment.

5. Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your jewelry! If you change your mind, here’s how returns work:

  • Eligibility
    • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging.
    • Earrings are final sale (due to hygiene).
  • How to Return
    • Email us at returns@noblesmetales.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once approved, ship items back at your expense.
  • Credit Notes
    • Instead of refunds, we issue a gift-card credit for the full purchase price.
    • Credits never expire and can be used on future purchases.

Please note: we do not accept returns on pieces purchased through third-party retailers.
