Did we make a mistake? We are so sorry! Unfortunately, it does happen on occasion. Please let us know as soon as possible to so we can make it right! We will send you a prepaid return label* and fix it for you.
We know selecting your ring size can be tricky - and we want you to LOVE your ring and wear it always. Within 6 months of your ring purchase we offer one complimentary ring resizing - it’s easy! Just ship it to us and and we will correct it.
It is always best to get sized by a local jeweler.
Any repair needed due to regular wear and tear, we will be happy to repair the item free of charge within 4 months of the original purchase date. You pay the cost of shipping and we will ship it back to you free of charge.
Repairs after the four month purchase date will incur a cost depending on the time and materials needed to repair the item.
All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. If it is delivered in a state that is less than perfect due to the fault of Nobles Metales, please contact us as soon as possible for a complimentary repair.
We want you to love your Nobles Metales jewelry! If you’d like to exchange your non-personalized piece, we’re happy to exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
