How long do custom signet rings take to produce?
Our custom signet rings are usually delivered within 4 weeks! Similar to our other customized jewelry pieces, each piece is made-to-order, especially for you. So, please be patient with us, we design and produce each piece with care and attention!
What if I don’t see my ring size in your online store?
Because we are a single studio in Marietta Georgia that focuses primarily on custom jewelry pieces, we do not maintain a stock of each ring size.
In the case that you find a ring you want, but that is not available in your size, we offer two options.
Option 1
If you see a ring on our site that you love, but that isn’t available for immediate purchase in your size, please contact us here! We are happy to create the exact item for you in your size as a made-to-order jewelry piece. Please note that made-to-order pieces deliver in approximately 4 weeks.
Option 2
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 6 months of purchase. This service is available to both online and in-store shoppers. So, if you need a different size or maybe you incorrectly estimated your ring size, ship it back to us and we’ll be happy to resize it to your perfect fit!
