The jewelry on Nobles Metales is handcrafted and some of the pieces are made to order and can require up to 20 full business days to produce. We provide worldwide shipping via DHL Express Worldwide service. $25 USD flat rate Delivery times for bespoke pieces are based on individual agreements.
Delivery time is also according to the destination.
Returns
At Nobles Metales , we pride ourselves on delivering charming, quality, handcrafted jewelry.
We gladly offer a credit note on all orders in case you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For hygiene reasons, this excludes earrings purchases. Our credit notes are issued in the form of a gift card.
Please note we do not issue refunds for incorrect purchases.
Only items purchased on www.noblesmetales.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. We will not refund any items purchased at a store location.

We do not accept returns when:
- Items are not returned in their original condition, for example, they have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
- Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe
- An order includes earrings due to hygienic reasons
Returns are at the expense of our customers.
